PaaS – Teradata Performance Tuning as a Service

Based on Ward’s best-in-class Visual Edge analysis tool suite and a mixture of proprietary and standard performance data, the PaaS Performance Tuning services are delivered on an as-required basis via the cloud, and covers all aspects of the Teradata platform. Analysis is carried out by highly field-experienced Teradata Masters.

Performance data is uploaded to Ward’s secure Cloud servers, and the performance analysis reports and outputs are delivered back via the same mechanism.

Unique views of the EDW are available including Capacity Modelling, Resource Usage supporting Charge-back calculations, Instant Reports, SLG’s and SLA’s, TASM reports and all metrics (where possible) are viewable by the User’s Line-of-Business/Business Group.
